Encouraged by her friend and guided by the maternal health passport she had received during her first antenatal visit, Achol identified her symptoms as possible danger signs in pregnancy and took immediate action. Her decision to walk to the village Primary Health Care Centre marked a turning point in her pregnancy journey.
At the clinic, Achol was welcomed into a clean, well-equipped facility supported by solar power and staffed by caring professionals.
